Institutional Taxable Fixed Income Sales

Qualifications

SWS is seeking to expand its Institutional Fixed Income Sales desk. The selected candidate will be a Generalist with responsibility for all fixed income products. The successful candidates MUST have in-depth product knowledge and execution experience, AS WELL AS an established book of fixed income relationships and be able to build upon those over time.

  • 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales
  • Highly developed sales and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
  • High energy, tenacious, and creative
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for the fixed income markets
  • Series 7 and 63 registrations
